Offering a wonderful daily changing 5 course “Tasting Menu” utilising
local small independent farmers who provide produce that is from the west coast
of Ireland, the most fertile land and sea in the country. The menu is designed
to provide both pleasure and nourishment. Simple cuisine refined
and executed with contemporary technique and sincerely changing as the seasons
do. Our Chef produces everything on site, from sourdough bread to cooking fresh
